Cancellation policy / Camp Policies: If no waivers exist, contact the resort directly and explain the situation: in this case, severe weather. The security, well-being and safety of our guests are always, and remain, the highest priority in all emergency situations. Our inclement weather policy applies for either in-house guests or those scheduled to arrive. Bookings made through Tour Operators or 3rd party websites must contact their original booking source for information on the resort policy for their reservation. Booking Policy may be subject to change or may be discontinued without notice by the "Narayan Valley Resort" all right reserved .

Standard Rate : The cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge you 90% the room rate as cancellation fee, if we could not sell the room more.
Non Refundable Rate : For the non refundable bookings are no cancellation or changes possible. In case of a cancellation, 90% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fee. If a guest is scheduled to fly in but is unable to travel because of flight cancellations, Guests may reschedule their stay upon proof of flight cancellation.
Note : Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible efforts to waive/minimize the cancellation charges.
Amendment Policy : Amendments will be treated as cancellation. Any refund will take at least 15 days to process.
Guests unable to depart : Guests who are @ the resort and unable to depart due to closures and/or flight / Train cancellations will be offered accommodations and all services at a preferential rate, to be paid directly at the resort. These inclement weather rates are extended as a special courtesy due to the situation, subsidized by the resort and not available otherwise. This policy is for individual travel booked directly with the property; it does not apply to groups or 3rd parties.
Important information :
Due to the fact that the resort is surrounded by local village house it is required that guests, particularly those in groups are respective in regards to noise during the evenings.
Parties are allowed at the premises but respective in regards to noise during the evenings or night.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Private parking is possible on site (no reservation is needed).
Check-In time is 2 noon and Check-Out Time is 10 a.m. (Last)
If our Check-In/Out timing does not suit your holiday program, kindly inform us about the same. Necessary Accommodation allotments can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability, and may be chargeable by us directly.
Cancellation or Alteration in bookings is entertained. But prior information is required at least a week before your Check-In date. Kindly also refer our Reservation/Cancellation or Amendment Policy.
Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In Procedure. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card.
The Credit/Debit Card Holder should be one the travelers, if you have booked with us using any one of the later.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
We may charge compulsory gala dinner supplement on Christmas / New Year’s event or other festive periods. The needs to be cleared separately. Breakfast timings are 7:30 – 10:30 am henceforth all requests will be chargeable.
